(1/2024) A long-time Vin Chicago favorite, this should have you rethinking Pinot Grigio - perhaps now an underrated variety? Certainly from this fantastic cooperative in Alto Adige. From a ripe vintage, the attack of melon, pear and peach are given gravity from hay, honeyed minerals and dried tarragon with lifting tones of lemon zest, green plum and white florals refreshing you ahead of a pleasantly dry, peppery close.
