(10/2023) This is California Sauvignon Blanc at its finest. Flavors of peach, nectarine, lime zest and white flowers drape over the palate. A kiss of French oak rounds it out with a hint of ginger and cleansing acidity joins in on the finish. Weighty and delightful, it is perfect as a welcome wine or with appetizers or light salads.

(3/29/2024) The 2022 Sauvignon Blanc was matured in 25% new French oak and stainless steel. It has pretty aromas of white peaches, tarragon, candle smoke, beeswax and gravel dust. The light-bodied palate has a gently creamy texture to temper its bright, juicy fruit. It's laced with candle smoke and mineral character and has a long, flavorful finish. This style—neither overly herbal or tropical—is easy to drink! 128 cases were made. Drink 2024 - 2027.
