Winemaker's Notes

Juicy and fresh, this one is loaded with melon and, well, zest! Harvested later and slightly overripe. Fermentation begins spontaneously using only naturally occurring indigenous yeasts. The whole grape clusters are placed in open top barrels to macerate for one week. No sulfur additions were made during the vinification of this wine.
