The Regnard family has been farming grapes in the Anjou-Saumur district since 1791, and this traditional-method bottling of Saumur Brut blends 80% Chenin Blanc and 20% Chardonnay. This refined Loire sparkler leads with fresh bubbles and simple citrus fruit flavors. With air, additional mineral tones, subtle herb notes, hints of honey and spring blossoms make their presence known. Finishing with chalky grip and bright acidity, this is one you'll come back to again and again - enjoy any night of the week with ramen, Thai, fried chicken or just about anything else.
