(3/2025) The south-facing, rocky limestone Embouffants vineyard is on slopes pitched at 40-50 degrees - tough to farm, but delicious to drink! This captures all we love about Loire Valley Sauvignon Blanc. A complete, structured wine that shines with gooseberry, white currant, lemongrass, wet stone, yellow bell pepper, grapefruit oil, white asparagus, lime sorbet, guava and mango essence with salt and chalk resonating on a long finish.
