What We Think
Vin Chicago: 91+ Points
(4/2025) First and foremost, this is an oxidative white wine from the Jura region of France. Second, it is an utterly delicious and wonderful introduction to this style of winemaking, with the fruit and sherry-like notes in perfect balance. It's a tense wine and full of energy. A classic pairing is Comté cheese and walnuts, but this would also work well with roasted pork and chicken dishes, or fresh seafood cooked in a butter sauce.
