An easy upgrade when you may have thought proper Champagne wasn't in the budget! Light gold with noticeable salmon hue, this Pinot-dominant cuvee sings with an easy-going personality that is charming and without excess. With yellow apple, lemon peel, yellow plum puree, strawberry shortcake, freeze-dried pear, baked bread, cherry essence and chalk - this wine finishes nicely clean. Completed with an 8 g/l dosage, this ideal aperitif drinks a bit drier than a lot of the big brands, which charge twice as much for an extremely similar result!
