(12/2023) Produced by Burgundy icon Jean-Marc Brocard's daughter and son-in-law, Celine and Frederic Gueguen, this white features crunchy fruit and sizzling minerality. Drinking like Chablis meets Macon, and named after Frederic's grandfather, Robert Goulley, it is bone-dry, 100% Chardonnay with nervy chalk tension, ripe citrus and fleshy orchard fruits. Deep, with a creamy richness and zinging minerality, it is tense, medium-bodied and mouthwateringly tasty. Try with salty broth soups, shrimp with sticky rice or creamy pasta dishes.
