(8/24/2023) With a white screw-cap capsule, the Ettore Germano 2021 Langhe Riesling Herzu opens to a crystalline appearance with aromas of white flower, sage, green papaya and flinty stone. The wine is soft and even slightly sweet in terms of mouthfeel with a creamy, mid-weight presentation. We should expect an evolution toward spice and petroleum with a little more time in bottle. But if you want to drink it now, that's also a good option. Drink Date: 2023 - 2028.
