(3/12/2026) The super young and tender white 2025 Blanco 2º Año was produced with 70% Viura, 25% Tempranillo Blanco and equal parts of Garnacha Blanca and Malvasía Riojana. It fermented with selected yeasts, one-third in untoasted French oak barrels and the rest in concrete, where it matured with lees for three months. It's very aromatic, a little medicinal and has a light palate with faint flavors. It has 13.5% alcohol and a pH of 3.44. 60,000 bottles produced. It was bottled in January 2026. Drink Date: 2026 - 2028.
