(2/1/2024) Crisp apple and lemon zest aromas give way to richer, broader flavors. Barrel fermented and then aged on the lees for 16 months, offering light toast, ginger, vanilla bean and a hint of butter from the full malolactic fermentation. Lively and bright while being layered and creamy, too. Drink now.
