Vin Chicago: 91 Points
(11/2026) Pale ruby in the glass, Pieter Walser's 95% Cinsault, 5% Syrah blend is immediately striking, with goji berry, lychee, wild strawberry, and a hint of fennel emanating on the nose. Extremely light on its feet, the palate treats you an almost Sancerre level of minerality, with soft cranberry and raspberry notes bundled by snappy thyme, coriander and Chinese five spice. This harkens back to a more refined version of Pieter Walser's beloved "Master of None" red blend. Linear, pinpoint in its focus, and rippingly good.

Fermented with 60% whole bunches and aged in old wood, it's the kind of light red that Pieter Walser does so well, with Turkish Delight and ginger spice aromas and succulent strawberry, goji berry and raspberry coulis flavours. 2026-31."
