(8/2024) Guillaume Nudant, with a Burgundy family history dating back to the mid-1400s, is the young vigneron in charge at Domaine Nudant. The family crafts red wines and a handful of whites, including this delicious Hautes-Cotes de Nuits Blanc. These Chardonnay grapes come from a single 1.2-hectare parcel of 45-year-old vines and, in average vintages, yield 9000 bottles. In the frost-killing 2021 harvest, only 3000 bottles were made. This wine is medium in body, with tasty yellow fruits and flowers, hints of light oak, and a long mineral finish.
