(8/24/2023) This is a fun and informal wine with pretty primary fruit that recalls forest berry and cassis. The Domenico Clerico 2022 Langhe Nebbiolo Capisme-e (with 18,000 bottles released) is all about easy-drinking brightness and freshness. The aim here is transparency and energy. Nebbiolo sees a brief skin maceration and then goes into stainless steel and partly in amphorae only. Drink Date: 2023 - 2028.
