(4/2024) Pouring a slightly hazy deep straw color with hints of green and silver, the wine is intensely mineral on the nose. With just a few swirls, the aromas elicit a visceral response. It’s like licking a chalky rock, and we love it. With exposure to air, more complex flavors emerge, including layers of ripe citrus, yellow pears, nectarine, green herbs, brioche, honeysuckle and even more mineral intensity. Screaming high acidity, a viscous mouthfeel and a seemingly never-ending finish - what a wine!
