This well-balanced Pineau d'Aunis comes from 50-to-120-year-old vines on clay and limestone soils. Bursting with bright red fruits, wild cherry, crushed raspberry, dried red flower petals, minerals, light bodied, light tannin, the juice is macerated for 2 weeks followed by 6 months of aging on the lees in concrete tanks.
