This wine is a blend of mostly Chardonnay along with Glera and other indigenous varietals. Grapes are destemmed and pressed then fermented with indigenous yeasts over 4 weeks in stainless steel. The wine is aged on the lees for 12 months with periodic stirring. Bottled unfined and unfiltered with zero dosage.
