Winemaker's Notes

"(12/2024) Bénédicte and Manu Leroy made just one Champagne in the extraordinarly difficult 2021 vintage: Puzzle. The juice for this wine comes from the plots that usually go into the domaine's single-vineyard wines, plus a bit more from several friends in the Cote des Bar who farm organically. This zero sulfur added wine is a blend of 70% Chardonnay and 30% Pinot Noir, aged on the lees for 18 to 20 months. In a year when many winemakers made no wine, it is a truly special treat to taste this excellent effort."
