(3/1/2024) The texture is quite unique and appealing on this “chillable” red wine, which is a blend of 45% Corvina, 30% Mourvèdre, 20% Grenache and 5% Charbono. Whereas other brisk wines stay acidic throughout, this bottling starts with tart hibiscus and strawberry elements on the nose and palate, but then quickly rounds into softer, more forgiving sensations. It's almost creamy by the finish, with white pepper and dank herb elements adding depth.
