What Critics Think
Jeb Dunnuck : 94 Points
(12/12/2019) The 2018 Condrieu La Combe De Malleval showed beautifully, with a classic bouquet of apricot, Meyer lemon, honeysuckle, and white flower aromas and flavors. It's rich, medium to full-bodied, has plenty of richness, yet terrific purity. Maturity: 2020 - 2026.
Wine Advocate : 93 Points
(2/29/2020) The 2018 Condrieu la Combe de Malleval is floral, honeyed and enticing on the nose, then delivers a rich, weighty feel on the medium to full-bodied palate, yet it somehow manages to remain fresh and appealing. Drink it over the next 3-4 years.
Wine Spectator : 94 Points
(2/29/2020) Plump and enticing, with anise, peach and melon flavors woven together, backed by honeysuckle and orange blossom notes. The expressive and fresh finish is very long. Drink now through 2022. 200 cases imported.
