This Vin Chicago staple never disappoints! Easily our favorite Southern Hemisphere Sauvignon Blanc, the 2024 Catherine Marshall is ready to rip, with very elegant flavors of grapefruit and melon, with a touch of lemon zest on the palate that are delicious and mouthwatering. There are also subtle but confident notes of green herb and white asparagus, lending typicity and character to an already awesome Sauvignon Blanc that beautifully reminds more of Sancerre than Marlborough.
