Named for the wild plum trees that grew here long ago, the Premier Cru “Les Prulieres” vineyard site is farmed by the most famous growers in Nuit-Saint-Georges, including Gouges, Grivot and, of course, Chevillon. The brothers craft this bottling from their microscopic 0.6-hectare parcel of 55-year old vines planted in silty limestone and gravel.
