(12/20/2024) The NV Champagne 276 (100% Pinot Noir from a single plot) boasts forward aromas of red berries, bright citrus, chalky earth, and delicate toasted spices. The palate is compact, pure, and citrus-driven, with a noble structure, a fresh and fruity personality upfront, and intense mineral persistence through the back palate and, finish, which closes with mouthwatering spice and a pinpoint mousse. This is a wine that can carry across a meal but would also be appealing on its own. It deserves another year or two in cellar and has the ability to improve with age. Drink it over the coming 10-15 years. This release is based on 2021, it saw no dosage, and approximately 3000 bottles were produced.
