Xavier loved the Cinsault in 2021 and decided to amp up the percentage, a choice that lends a wonderful “sauvage” quality, along with super bright red fruits to this entry-level red. Look for soft and tasty flavors of spicy raspberry coulis, strawberry, fresh herbs, and subtle red earth.
