A densely flavored blend of 45% Pinot Noir and 55% Chardonnay, this Champagne Method sparkler spent 24 months aging on the lees prior to disgorgement. The resulting wine has notable dark fruit flavors and an enticing texture. We shared our sample bottle with a half dozen shoppers at our Elston Avenue store and got the thumbs-up from every single one of them!
