(1/2025) The moment the Vin Chicago team tasted 'Red Light,' we knew we had to give it the green light! German Pinot Noir continues to get better and better, and Ulli Stein, who has some of the oldest Pinot vines in the Mosel, is a master of the varietal. While this is a light Pinot Noir, it doesn't lack flavor or interest, giving tart red fruits, allspice, black tea, and crisp minerality.
