Vin Chicago: 90 Points

(12/2025) Much like at his former employer Turley, Jamey Whetstone harnesses dry-farmed Cinsault vines planted in 1886! That brings some real flavor intensity to this otherwise bouncy red. Whole cluster fermented and aged on lees for 8 months in neutral French oak barrels prior to bottling, it ladles on heaps of Christmas spice to its wild berries, pepper and tobacco notes. Weighing in at just 12.5% ABV, this is maxed-charisma light New World red!
