(10/2025) Daniel Twardowski is gaining wide acclaim for his Pinot Noirs, but he also has tiny amounts of Grand Cru Riesling plantings. From the famed Hofberg vineyard, this wine is made for Daniel by a winemaker whose name we can't reveal but whose wines garner 'Oohs' and 'Aahs' from the Riesling cognoscenti. What's in the glass is a lovely, mineral-driven Riesling with balanced acidity and classic Riesling notes of green apple and orchard fruits that linger on the palate and beg for another sip!
