His Friandise is a blend of primarily Grenache, with a smaller percentage of Syrah and Counoise, from estate vines averaging 40 years of age. The wine gives classic red berry, earth and pepper flavors atop a rounded, balanced structure. Perfect as an everyday wine partnered with burgers, pasta and sausages.
