(12/2025) Marie-Pierre and Eric Plumet's "Colline" is grown and vinified embracing organic and biodynamic practices. This purple-hued red is based on Grenache with Syrah, Carignan, Cinsault and Mourvèdre blended in. The yummy flavors of black raspberry, wild strawberry, olive, red flowers and red earth are supported by grippy tannins and a very fresh finish, meaning it’s a red to serve at cocktail hour that will also partner well with braised beef, lamb burgers and even whole roasted salmon. Impressive now, it will provide pleasurable drinking for the next 3+ years.
