(9/2026) The Kobal Pinot Grigio is 'ramato' style and the 36 hour skin maceration leads to the salmon pink hue. Look for notes of pear, red apple, lemon and melon aswell as a refreshing minerality and acidity keeping things fresh and lively on the palate. This wine remains a firm staff favorite.
