(6/2024) Our favorite German pink wine value is back! Seehof bottles this crunchy-yet-plump, fruity-yet-mineral, dry Rosé from 100% Pinot Noir, all grown within the Rheinhessen. Strawberry, wildflowers, sage and minerals are balanced and tasty. Grilled salmon? Yes. Pork chops? Absolutely. Shrimp fried rice? Why wouldn't you!? Delicious.
