What We Think
Vin Chicago: 90 Points
(10/2024) We're big fans of the Rieslings from Seehof, and while that grape dominates in the Rheinhessen for good reason, we really enjoy this bottling of a less-seen variety: Weissburgunder. Better known elsewhere as Pinot Blanc, you'll still find that racy acidity expected in dry German whites, but the fruit profile is a bit riper with peach accompanying the green varieties of pear and apple.
