Vin Chicago: 93+ Points

(12/2022) Solemme is a tiny grower in the Montagne, working organically and biodynamically. Catherine and Olivier Langlais craft energized, fresh, contemporary bubblies, including this blend of 50% Chardonnay, 20% Pinot Noir and 20% Meunier, disgorged late last year. Based on the '18 harvest, this totally dry Champagne is delicious, with a fine mousse and a long, layered finish. Excellent.
