(10/7/2024) A crunchy and delicious vermentino with sliced lemons, honey and green pears. It’s medium-bodied, minerally and grapy at the end, but remains subtle and al dente. Drink now.

(7/1/2025) The nose is clean and cooling, with aromas of green and yellow apple, citrus blossom and wet slate. The palate is a medley of more citrus and sweeter tree fruit, but also preserves that cool salinity of wet crushed rocks, and then introduces crushed herbs for balance.
