(11/2022) White Port! We love the stuff, especially this aromatic version from Cockburn's. When we were in Porto about 12 years ago, after a long day tasting Vinho Verde and Port, we checked into our hotel and met in the lobby for a cocktail. Everyone was drinking a refreshing looking concoction, poured in a rocks glass, with a lemon garnish. What's this, we asked? White Port and Tonic, with a lemon. Yes please, we said. Now, this is a trendy drink popping up in the US. Try this one in a drink or all by itself, chilled in a wine glass. Your guests will be pleased as you welcome them with it!
