(3/1/2022) Young and oaky, the components here have yet to pull themselves together. The impact of the barrel fermentation and élevage is still overstated and adds some bitterness to the finish. The mix of apple and citrus fruit flavors needs to fill out and come forward. All of this should improve over the next couple of years, but for now, hold and wait.
