(4/2024) The Alsatian domaine of Emile Beyer has been run by the same family for hundreds of years. They are obsessed with quality AND value, evidenced by this absurdly well-priced Pinot Blanc. Beautifully pure and unembellished, this dry white gives a generous texture with layered flavors of orchard and citrus fruit, river stone minerals and a soft, fresh finish. Super versatile as a cocktail wine, or paired with an array of dishes, this is lovely!
