(2/2024) We fell in love with this German mineral bomb years ago, and this 2022 is as good as ever. Found in the Upper Mosel, Elbling is one of Germany's oldest varietals. Its chalky acidity and energy remind us a lot of Chablis. Light, crisp, and bone-dry, grab a dozen oysters and go to town!
