(5/2024) The 2021 Fundamental Cabernet Sauvignon is outstanding! Look for ripe fruit flavors of cassis, plum, and black cherry backed by savory herbs, a touch of red bell pepper, clove, tobacco smoke, leather, and chocolate. The finish features velvety soft tannins, cleansing minerals, and a superb integration of acidity and alcohol. A perfect Cabernet to drink by itself, it will pair beautifully with grilled steak and mushrooms, pepper-crusted ahi tuna, or a crispy-edged smash burger with all the fixings.

(7/2023) The 2021 Cabernet Sauvignon is fabulous. Super-ripe dark cherry, plum, spice, tobacco, cloves, leather, incense and chocolate are front and center. Succulent and explosive to the core, the Cabernet is outstanding. I seriously doubt there is another Cabernet in the United States that offers this much quality for the money. Drinking Window: 2023 - 2026.
