Aged for 24 months on fine lees, this bright yellow sparkling wine reveals aromas of lemon and lime, with layers of meringue and bakery scents. Dry and malic, the vibrant and ethereal palate lingers long with a malic core. This is a savory, crunchy Cava. Drinking Window: 2024 - 2030.
