(5/2024) Balan consistently delivers our favorite vintage Prosecco each year (rest assured, this is all from the 2023 vintage despite it not being mentioned on the label). It is wonderfully fresh and floral on the nose and follows up with well-defined green apple, pear, and citrus notes on the palate. There is a slight creaminess to the wine, but balancing acidity helps give a sense of minerality and keeps this sparkler both refreshing and moreish.
