(2/2024) This unique Loire Valley white is a still Blanc de Noir of organically-farmed Cabernet Franc which sees very little skin contact and ferments in stainless steel. Bottled straight from tank at varying hues with a light sediment, it has a clean profile featuring charming aromas of tart melon, white cherry, raspberry essence and apricot pit. An intense, vertical, mineral-driven palate closes with verve zesting lemon across pure pebbly stream water refreshment.
