Decanter : 93 Points

(9/30/2021) White pepper from the stems accentuates the fresh aromatics. Full-bodied, but again great freshness on the palate, with is underlined by the piercing acidity. Texturally deep, the tannins are just a little fibrous, but this has plenty of interest and personality. The stemminess might be a little too prominent for those who aren't a fan of whole-bunch fermentation. Sandy soils and aged in concrete. Drinking Window: 2023 - 2028.
