(5/2024) YUM! Lipsmacking and vibrant, this 100% Pinot Noir Rose is as vital, vivid, and crisp as it gets. Displaying the mineral nature of Sancerre, its underlying refreshing chalkiness intermingles with loads of fresh watermelon, white cherry, red apple, musk, lemon thyme, and fresh white florals. A classy, high-level expression of pink wine, this is a welcome counterpoint to Provencal rose, offering greater intensity than most. It is equally adept at being a charming patio pounder as a pairing with summer night al fresco dining. Don’t serve this too chilly!
