What We Think
Vin Chicago: 93+ Points
(11/2025) The Huré brothers farm and vinify their delicious bubblies from their humble family estate in Ludes, the 1er Cru village in Montagne des Reims. This is their flagship bottling, and is an organically grown blend of 50% Pinot Noir, 30% Pinot Meunier and 20% Chardonnay. This bone dry mineral, taut fruited bubbly, was disgorged March of 2024 and finished with 4 g/l. This Champagne is high energy, with a plush ripeness of fruit and a long, complex, mineral themed mouthfeel. Natural, generous and fantastic.
What Critics Think

(12/15/2025) The NV Champagne Invitation pours a bright straw color and is pure and inviting and savory with refined orange zest and spice. It's pure, refreshing, and savory. It has a pinpoint mousse with light spice and a crispy, refreshing finish. It's a fabulous wine for the glass. Drink over the coming 5-7 years.
