(2/2024) Just barely off-dry, the 2022 Hermann is seriously old-school. The wine is herbal and spiced on the nose, with good weight and a ton of character on the palate. This wine has so much energy, with zesty lemon, yellow flowers and earthy minerals that last forever. Toeing the line between dry and off-dry, pair this with your next order of spicy Thai takeout!
