(7/2024) Sophistication in a bottle, this deftly complex Trebbiano jumps from the glass with notes of stone fruit, delicate white flowers, melon, white pepper and lime zest. Stainless steel fermentation with some skin contact provides a beautiful balance with crisp wet stone minerality and a silky, round mouthfeel that carries into a clean, lengthy finish. Pair with firmer seafood such as grilled swordfish with citrus relish, or with pasta with a white bolognese sauce.
