(5/2024) One of the best bottles of pink bubbles found for under $20, this Reserva Cava Rose spent an impressive 24 months on its lees before further bottle aging. This vibrant sparkler packs fresh red berry fruit and a fine bubbly mousse with floral and herbal/peppery notes, strawberry, raspberry, and minerality. Made from co-fermented Garnacha (70%) and Xarel-lo (30%), all from Pere's five-hectare, organically-farmed vineyard. While labeled as a non-vintage, the fruit is entirely from the 2020 harvest. Delicious and dry, it's a pink sparkler that everyone loves.
