(11/30/2023) Lean bright and angular in the aromatics, this Sauvignon Blanc from the St Supéry Dollarhide estate shows crushed stone and citrus aromas with a hint of smoky flint. The wine is medium-bodied and lush on the palate with ample texture. Fleshy ripe apricots, honey, and savoury herbs and grasses mark the finish. Drinking Window: 2023 - 2028.

(12/29/2023) Hints of pencil shavings and crushed stone appear on the nose of the 2022 Sauvignon Blanc Dollarhide Estate, 16% of which was barrel-fermented in new French oak (the balance was made in stainless steel). Joined by fig and melon notes, this is a plump, medium-bodied effort, nicely rounded on the mid-palate, while retaining a sense of grapefruity freshness on the finish. Drink Date: 2023 - 2025.
